RYR Designs understands that one of the most intimidating aspect of any project is translating your vision to architectural drawings that are critical to the success of any project. We are proud to offer our clients a full spectrum of design and architectural services including, site assessment, conceptual development, permit ready drawings and construction documentation.
SITE ASSESSMENT
Whether it’s finalizing the location of your new home on your building lot, or taking full advantage of the possibilities for your new extension, RYR will support you through this critical stage. We’ll leverage our extensive experience to ensure we capitalize on the opportunities that nature provides us.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGNS
We understand that it is sometimes difficult to envision the final product so we take the time to create a set a preliminary concept drawings that help guide our discussions. These drawings will be the foundation of our critical design discussions and help us make the necessary decisions that will eliminate costly changes in the future. They will also ensure that we are completely aligned before we move to final drawings and constructions documents.
FINAL DRAWINGS, FORMS & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
One of the most intimidating steps in any construction project is assembling the necessary drawings, forms & construction documents necessary to secure a permit and provide contractors with the information they need to execute. RYR will manage this complex step on behalf of our clients, assemble the required forms and documents needed by municipalities who have jurisdiction over your property and project. We’ll work with other engineers and sub-consultants such as structural components suppliers to ensure the required documents for the permit process. RYR will ensure that we are successful at obtaining the necessary permits to start work on our project.

REALISTIC RENDERINGS
With complex projects, we often suggest the addition of realistic renderings to our package. This is a great tool to help our clients see the end product and make critical design decisions.
PLANNING & PERMITS
Once we have completed your drawings you can take the package and begin the permit application and planning process yourself or RYR Designs can manage this process on your behalf. We can engage your municipalities building department to initiate the permit process, execute the required forms and ensure that we are successful at securing a building permit.
